0.前言
报错原因是因为用python的numpy模块，然后运行的时候就报这个错了。报错详情如下：
RuntimeError: The current Numpy installation (‘D:\Software\python\lib\site-packages\numpy\__init__.py’) fails to pass a sanity check due to a bug in the windows runtime. See this issue for more information: https://tinyurl.com/y3dm3h86
1.解决办法
按照报错定位到_init_.py文件，基本就是下面这个函数的问题了。
解决方法一：
把a=a%17这行注释掉，保存重新运行即可。
解决方法二：
直接把numpy降级，换成低级的版本
返回目录：报错
